Quiet Club - Support

Week 1 & 2 - Support Inquiries & Manufacturing

Our team has been steadily getting through support tickets on our official support email (support@quiet.racing) regarding order issues, address changes and updates, and more. Because of the high volume of orders at one time, we typically also receive a high influx of support requests at the same time as well. So far, we have received over 600 support tickets and have been working through them. We also finalized all of our orders with the various manufacturing partners for this drop and ensured everything is running smoothly and on time.

 

Week 3 - Plate Only Orders & Sorting

Week Three will be spent shipping out LICENSE PLATE ONLY orders. These are orders that contain only a vanity license plate (of any variant) and nothing else. We will also be taking inventory of our clothing shipments and sorting them into the brand new Quiet warehouse to prepare for Week 4.

 

Week 4 - Texas only designs

Week four will be spent fulfilling orders that contain ONLY Texas Designs that also can contain Vanity Plates. We will also have a small team prepping and sorting the other clothing SKU's to prepare for Week 5 & 6.

 

Week 5 & 6 - Final Fulfillment

Starting around October 11th, our team will be fully staffed and ready to begin fulfilling every other order. We will be working non stop for two weeks until we get every order out that was not part of previous batches! Due to the high volume of orders, we ask for your patience if you are among the final weeks. We are a small and dedicated team that will be working diligently over the next month and a half!
